ACS Inc. brings over than 11 years of experience in serving small and medium-sized businesses as well as Fortune 1,000 corporations. While working for major telecom providers in the late 1990’s, the founders of ACS Inc. realized that the telecom services they were offering did not always yield the best solutions for handling the distinct needs of their customers.
Up until that point, most telecom providers specialized in a few services, and their management tried to move certain services over others. In other words the carriers tried to sell the services that were best for them and not the customer.
Bringing together over 50 providers and 60 years of experience in engineering, sales, and management for top telecom providers, the founders of ACS Inc knew this would allow them to offer the best services, ideally suited to help companies meet greater challenges in their own businesses. So in 2001, they started ACS, Inc with the idea of providing clients with an unbiased solution with optimal services to help their businesses meet their communications goals.
